| To book accommodation please contact us by telephone and then confirm your booking in writing, enclosing a deposit for 20% of the total amount for your stay, rounded up or down to the nearest ten euros, WITH A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF ONE DAY (NOT ROUNDED UP OR DOWN).
(payment in euros, by cheque drawn on a French bank, or by Visa or Mastercard, giving us your card number and expiry date, and authorising us to debit your account with the agreed amount). In return we will send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking. |

| If you cancel, for whatever reason:
90 days or more before your arrival date = total refund - less 25 €
60 days or more before your arrival date = total refund - 25 %*
30 days or more before your arrival date = total refund - 50 %*
less than 30 days before your arrival date = no refund
*subject to a minimum charge of 25 € |

| In the event of late arrival, for whatever reason, a non-refundable charge of the minimum deposit amount (one day's accommodation) will be made. The booking will be cancelled as of right from 10.00 a.m. on the morning following the first night for which the booking was made, if no new deposit is paid to extend the booking guarantee. |

| In the event of early departure for whatever reason, a charge will be made for the WHOLE period which was booked, unless it is possible to re-let the room without incurring any loss to the hotel. |

| For stays of more than seven days, a weekly invoice must be settled by the customer, with the balance being paid at the end of the stay. |
